Funky "D"evelopment is the way we show love to homes that need it.   It is our greatest desire to not just flip a house, but rather to restore it to the beautiful home it was designed to be.  If we can renovate by bringing back original finishes, expose some beautiful brick or get in a create new spaces, then we get excited.  When we walk into an old home in need of some TLC the vision begins.  I start to see a young couple moving into their first home or a young family choosing which which rooms the kids will take and what inspires us is knowing we can make them a home that is both beautiful and safe. Our hope is that we make them a house they will be proud to call home.
